Keith has worked in the highest levels of the corporate human resources field and had extensive experience in human capital consulting and strategy.Keith’s strengths lie in his ability to transform the human resource division of existing Fortune 500 companies into more streamlined operations, and providing startup companies with the infrastructure they need to succeed in today’s competitive marketplace. His experience in all facets of HR, combined with experience in retail operations, continues to play an important role in helping companies of all sizes.

 

Keith’s HR career started in 1989 running sales, HR, and operations for some of the most successful national retailers. Keith later moved to technology as regional HR Director for Eastman Kodak’s imaging services division throughout the United States . In this role, he helped migrate Kodak’s traditional HR group to a more business-focused partnership.

 

Keith’s first entrepreneurial venture started in 1996 with the Bay Area internet explosion. As an early executive at Best Internet/Hiway technologies, Keith helped shape one of the first B2B internet businesses, helping it to grow from a company with 30 people in a back room to the largest hosting provider of websites globally with over 700 employees. He also played a significant transitional role in the sale of the company to NTT-Verio in 1999.

 

Keith later ran staffing for Gateway Computers’ business division during their aggressive expansion to the West coast, establishing one of the most prolific in-house staffing teams. After Gateway, Keith gained valuable international experience through his position as head of all HR and administration with Tradaq, a GE/GM-backed venture. Based in San Francisco , Tradaq acquired businesses across the United States , Mexico , South America and the United Kingdom. 

 

Keith later returned to Southern California as VP of HR at Ford Motor Credit’s Triad Financial division. There, he led the rebuild of the entire HR infrastructure, firmly establishing his reputation as a builder and maverick in the HR space. His last in-house experience was with Secured Funding Corporation where he overhauled the management team, HR organization, and business processes. This transformation resulted in the company tripling their growth while creating one of Orange County ’s Best Places to Work in 2006.

 

Keith holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from San Jose State University , has HR Certifications from SHRM, and is a licensed broker. He is often invited as a featured speaker and panelist for HR and Talent Management conferences. As a fifth generation Californian, Keith is proud of his West Coast heritage. Keith’s passions are his family first. He is married to an amazing wife, Alexandra, and they have two sons, Drew and Aidan. When not escaping from Alcatraz (Keith is an accomplished rough water swimmer), he continues to search for the perfect coffee, enjoys classic rock, wine, and making a difference in people’s lives.
